Non-Survey Registration Fees:
- Clearances based on previous survey, simple monitoring projects with 0-5 sites, literature searches, damage assessments and research designs: $20 flat fee
- Site evaluations, mitigation, complex monitoring projects with more than 5 sites, collections, testing and excavation projects: $75 flat fee with an additional fee of $15 per site.
Annual fees:
- $200 per year for individuals and companies with 3 or fewer supervisory staff
- $300 per year for companies with 4 - 10 supervisory staff
- $500 per year for companies with 11 - 20 supervisory staff
- $800 per year for companies with 21 or more supervisory staff.
Records search, custom query & Assisted Access User fees:
- $75 per hour for a records search, with the first half-hour free per day (e.g.—you can’t call three times in one day and get 3 half-hour records searches for free)
- $150 per hour for a custom query, with a 1-hour minimum
- $250 per hour for an AAU request, with a 1-hour minimum
Tribally-owned land
- Fees will be levied on projects on tribally-owned land consistent with the above schedule.
